Administration & Billing Information
Once all completed Employer and Employee enrollment materials are received, we will expedite your company's request for coverage. After submitting these items, you can expect the following:
- I.D. cards for employees will be sent by each sponsored carrier. These should arrive by the first week of the month following the effective month. For example: enrollment effective July 1 should receive I.D. cards by the first week of August.
- Prior to receipt of I.D. cards, BESA's staff, and the sponsored carrier representatives are available to assist all insurers access to services.
